Terms of service

These terms cover businesses using Gorillo, provided by Gorillo, operated by Gorillo AI Ltd. Your order or agreement with us, and any data agreement, sit alongside these terms. Where they differ, the signed agreement wins.

The service

Gorillo answers enquiries, follows up quotes, contacts past customers and books appointments for your business, using AI. It works from the information and settings you give it.

Your responsibilities

• You have the right to contact the people whose details you bring into Gorillo, including any consent the law requires for texts and calls.
• The information you approve for the AI to use, such as services, prices and policies, is accurate and kept up to date.
• You review messages when you use approval mode, and you choose when to let agents send on their own.
• You keep your team's sign-in details safe, and remove access for anyone who leaves.

AI

AI can make mistakes. Gorillo only answers from your approved information, hands conversations to your team when it isn't sure, and never claims to be a person. Check important details yourself. Gorillo doesn't give legal, financial or safety advice, and in an emergency it tells people to call emergency services.

Text messages

Texts are sent in your business's name. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, and we honour opt-outs for every agent and team member. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

What you can't do

• Send spam, or contact anyone who has opted out.
• Use Gorillo for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.
• Try to get around its safety checks, or access another business's data.

Your data

Your business's data stays yours. We handle it only to provide the service, as our privacy policy explains.

Fees

Fees are as set out in your order or agreement with us.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Gorillo running reliably but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features, and we'll tell you about changes that matter to you.

Ending

You can stop using Gorillo at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account ends, we'll delete or return its data as your agreement sets out.
